How to make a wall hanged diya unit
Hello everyone, welcome. In an earlier post, I discussed about a wall hanged diya unit. However, today I will discuss an another plan. We will use plywood/hard wood, a few screws, a chain. Let's illustrate the plan. The hanger for the unit is cut out of 18mm plywood. Hard wood will also do. The length of this unit can be 8-12 inches.

Iron chain hanged from the hood |
The chain can be bought from any nearby hardware shop. But if you do not find any, you can build the same using nails.
|
Iron plate connected to the chain |
The base plate can be made out of a steel plate also. Make 3 holes in the border 120 degree angle apart. They can be fixed to the chain.
|
Chain is hanged from U screw |
In the hanger, make 2 holes so that we can hang the unit in the wall. To hang the chain from the hanger, fit a U screw as shown in the above figure.

Hope you like the plan. Thanks.
