How to build a simple chair out of plywood
This is perhaps one of the most common wishes a DIY woodworker has. When I came to my new home, I was not having any other furniture apart from my bed and a plastic chair. I wished I could build one at that time. It didn't happen due to time constraint, I ended up purchasing them from shop. But at the same time, the idea has been always lying in my mind.
So, I am planning to build the same now. For that, I will require a 18mm plywood. It is strong and rigid and that is why I am opting for it. For joinery I will use screws 3mm diameter, 2 inches long. The strength and the structure are the most important factors in a chair. We do not know who will use it in what manner.

| If you feel back is weak, fix a piece of ply in the above manner behind the back. Single piece is preferred. |
